Can We Enter Letters In A Decal?

Greetings Mechwarriors:

Yesterday I noticed an assault mech I was following had a five letter abbreviation of the players name on it's back, similar to a football jersey with the players name on it. Can we do that using the decal feature or is it done thru the camo process? Couldn't find out how it was done.

I believe that is decal. Each letter was a decal placed on the mech. Have fun with it.
