This seems like such an obviously good idea. It's both amusing and sad to see some people arguing against it.

There is enough eliteism BS in this game as is with Tier display, leaderboards and spectating showing weapon loadouts. Last thing people need is for some tryhard to start bitching at them about their loadout at the start of the match. At least as is they do not need to hear that till the very end of the match. If you do not think this would happen you are delusional.

I'd like to see both this and your team mates health. Because maybe your mate isn't paying attention and he's core to hell with an xl(yes i know i'm reaching he/she should be aware), but I'd be cool to be like "No man, you're cored to h3ll, I have more armor, I'll go in first, take the damage, you just come in behind me and help wreak this dude."
Or to look at your assault buddy and be like "Dude back up for a bit you're beat up, we'll distract him, go around the side and alpha this dude in the face"

Oh dang, yeah that is a relevant point. That will 100% happen, and the shaming will start. I didn't think of that. See this why we can't have nice things.

OP the amount of griefing and trolling that would happen would ruin the game
Ever drop in the wrong Mech?
Ever test crazy builds?
Ever run fun/lore builds?

I already have a prepared and macroed response to people questioning my Mech or loadout selection:
Go suck my ******** with a straw!

This will be used for trolling only. The most obvious is guys telling other guys t the start of the match their load out is no good just to start a fight. That's just for starters. I have already seen this in another game at the start of 100% of matches and no one plays that game for that reason among others.
They actually pretend to make the player feel bad for bringing what they want to a match at the very start of the match. They are good at it to.
