What is the best time to play Faction Warfare? I live in EST and I hear it is best around 8:00 pm to about 12:00 pm is this true and does anyone have a TS channel information that many people gather to play during that time?

While the loot bag event is on and skill tree is delayed FW queue times are suffering but still better than pre phase 4.
