Its kinda mediocre at best. I dont recommend using the AC2 although the 4dps it supplies does look tempting on paper i havent had any use of it.
I love kitting it with 7 JJs, PPC and Streak srm2s for chasing down pesky lights. But thats pretty much the only use i could find for it. Generally try to be a poptarting annoying gnat, kill lights and give ECM to allies.
