Happened atleast 5 or 6 times to me since the last update after firing weapons and standing still.

https://youtu.be/bxdXItYy6E4 about 3:34 hit my cool shot fire large pulse then 3 mediums and on my last medium burn it goes up to 98 percent for a micro second starts to drop to 97 percent before shut down.
