Every time I remind you chuckbunnies about the superiority of ZMOM's forum game, some "I have been here since Public Beta Davion/Clan Wolf can't shoot anything outside of 75m range" unemployed truck driver reminds us of the legend of NKVA.

On the contrary, NKVA was a joke compared to ZMOM. Want proof? Look at this garbage thread from NKVA:

I miss NKVA. They set the bar for trash talk that wasn't over the top stupid (they weren't immune to idiots, but that's not that much different than any unit).

Unfortunately, we can't have nice things (or a good FP/CW) for that matter.

I miss NKVA as well and I played as Davion while they ripped us to shreds. But it was fun to go back and forth with them; the threads and memes from that period set the standard for forum warfare. Sorry mesmer; I appreciate ZMOM's attempts but your in game banter is far wittier than your forum game. Bring some of that trash talk to the forums and then we can reassess your standing. Till then I'll prefer the old days but still enjoy the crap talk when we play against y'all. That stuff is actually amusing. The forum stuff I'll consider a work in progress for now.

I miss NKVA and I never even interacted with them.

I only played verse that unit a few times and all they did was vomit insults via in game chat. I knew a few of them and my advice was that they don't need to do that, they are good players. Soon after, most of them were banned.

This would be a great time to thank all of the fans of ZMOM. Whether you are an open fan or a closet fan, you alone are what keeps us going. ZMOM cares because YOU care!

NKVA was trolly, but they were interesting to watch and play against.

I imagine they were alts of some good players around here in an attempt to take the spear of above average units and smash it into bits and pieces, and have fun at it.

They need to come back. Stomp some Units again. It'd be fun to watch and listen to again.

The beset NKVA threads don't even exist in k-town anymore. They got mass-reported for speaking ill of a particular group of players in this game that goes absolutely apeshit when it's pointed out how bad they are.
Here is a good example though.

Davion at least had the spine to give and take. There's some groups in this game who hit the Report button more often than they lock targets, which is saying something for a group that's full of terribads with LRMs.

There was a handful of cheaters in NKVA who got banned. Most of them actually went to NKVA after having been a part of some top tier units - trying to say NKVA won because of TEH HAXX is a total cop-out. They did a good job finding alternatives to the meta and identifying and exploiting the cheapest possible tricks.

There's a long list of bad things to say about NKVA, most of which they would have accepted proudly. Many of the rest are probably not true. However, they were entertaining on the forums and posted constantly. Those two things are what holds them in the Forum Warfare Hall of Fame. ZMOM needs a bigger presence and more gifs if they want to earn that level of infamy.

Dont forget their name changes, they were masters of wacky names. Harvey Batchall Kerensky at Law as an example.
