If you mean Patch/Badge, its from the Warhammer Collectors pack.

Batch? What is that a combination of buckets and patches?
Jk, buy it for MC for the dekkel or for the title buy the hero for cash money of the site I do believe...I am commonly wrong regarding this game tho...

It's a badge, first of all, and badges come from purchasing their associated mech packs in the website store. There is no way to earn one in game.
