Lower the velocity of all of the PPC. That will fix the biggest problem in the game's balance right now.

default PPC velocity is already easy to dodge other than as assults (and still possible as assult)
The only challenge is dodging the +velocity quirk mechs but they are slated to lose most of the velocity quirks when the skill patch hits.

Clan erppc is more of an issue. Regular ppc is already quite slow unless on a quirked mech.

That would be a most disappointing change, just like it was last time. Why do we need to go back to laser vomit?
How about we just work to balance different loadouts instead of just demolishing one of them?
