I bought an urbie, just to complete this challenge and I must say that I proved to be a viable little terror in that thing! I played about 8 matches over the course of an evening with it and in 3 of those matches I was the highest damage and highest matchscore person on the entire team. Granted, we lost those matches, but that doesn't diminish the greatness that is the urbie.

I always thought these things were just loltastic garbage, but after playing a few matches in it, I've come to like mine. It's not nearly as bad as some make it seem and (at least for me), it's a down-right formidable little bugger.

So, yay for the event. It made me buy and then learn to <3 the Urbie.

Yeah I enjoyed it too. First time in a urbie, better than I expected (so long as I keep at least one of my arms lol)

I think that hearing that fools warhorn when you reck other mechs is my favourite part!

Agreed. It was off-beat and silly, while still providing some useful rewards.

And Urbanmechs just make it better!

Truly, the event suits the name. Buying the Urbie and decking it out, just for its cockpit items, was almost a fool's errand for me. No use regretting now.

I had an ubrbie already, i bought it at the last sale, just to try on a rainy day.. I didn't do all that hot in it, but i am also not a sniper normally.. Not sure if you can really even brawl in an urbie.. 3ML+3 Machine guns? Maybe with the new weapons coming it might change.



But yea, it was a fun challenge... But i have to wonder was this challenge, with a motive?


Install AMS and play polar? Me thinks i might be on to something
