Bad Newbie Looking For Unit

I'm still pretty new to this game with only 40 hours clocked on steam. I'd like to join a casual unit under Jade Falcon. I currently have a TBR-WAR, a MAD-IIC-SC, and a JR7-IIC(O) all decked out in Jade Falcon camo and ready to serve! I'm not very good at this game yet, I'm lucky to get a kill or even an assist, but I'm hoping in due time I'll become a worthy pilot and not some Sibko reject.
