I'd also like different textures be available. Combat worn, Ancient, Factory new, etc.

If this game was worried about money at all they would put out a DLC.
By the way the C in DLC stands for CONTENT. Mind blown or what.

Buying Hard Points for at least IS mechs. Like my CDA-X5, freakin' goofy there is no AMS. Hell, as a hero no Double AMS! I would buy one-time use hard points for MC.
Yes, no doubt that would lead to crazy boating set ups. But in real-real life, you could (not saying it would be legal) add a gun to any part of your car. Anywhere! Just weld it on, run some wiring for a fancy electric trigger.
Let the hate, flow.

but it works so much better for Mechwarrior
No, no it doesn't. Not unless the visuals are as pixelated as the audio is fuzzy.
I do think that MWO's audio and such is too clean and gamey, but that's in terms of texture and other a e s t h e t i c reasons and not in terms of technical resolution and data loss.

Well P2win really isn't something to be desired... (Or pay for advantage if you prefer). The playing field should be as even it can be made.
You can always advocate for PGI to add an extra AMS or whatever but plz no p2win

I'd buy quadrupeds. You would probably buy quadrupeds.
Quadrupeds everywhere!
Other than that, i'd also buy:
-custom geometry for mechs,
-custom pilot uniforms,
-custom Betty (I want Duncan Fisher as my Betty)
-mech paintjob shaders (shiny, metallic, matte, etc).

Add the ability to save multiple mech loadouts and switch them in the drop screen.. Everybody get two, but can buy more for MC..
(like dropdeck switching, but also by mech, and for QP also)

A step further can be taken and implement "Wager Matches" where 2 teams agree to wager real non-in-game money. The winning team takes most of the prize, while PGI takes a small percentage.

Most people won't support Pay2Win, myself included. Also, if players could buy hardpoints for their Mechs, it would completely destroy the unique nature of individual Mechs.
