Well, they fixed it to Ghost Bear now!

-sigh-
It'd be so easy for them to do their home work, and add a ton of Lore to MWO, by just using Ctrl+C then Ctrl+V from sarna.net..... Rather than make little embearrassing errors like this....

Absolutely, Battletech games did take some liberties with canon or construction rules, but sometimes it gets almost unbearable

I knew there was a connection once I saw the Ulzii knot (symbolizing eternity) on the upper right arm of that Executioner Hero, as well as studs on the upper legs. The hero's name Cherbi is old Mongolian term for the Supreme Commander of the Keshik, the Khan's bodyguards.
Moreover, the red-blue-gold colors are patterned after the modern day Mongolian flag. In fact, the overall design of Cherbi's camo is very similar to that of the ceremonial uniform worn by present day Mongolian soldiers. Observe.

See the similarities? We all know Clans in Battletech had borrowed tons of old Mongolian terms, but it is very nice to see PGI actually creating a mech camo that is designed to look specifically Mongolian. Cause I'm Mongolian.

Sweet! And that's why the SKS is such a great carbine, cause the clans used it!

In PGI's defence, the TRO:3050U entry for Gorman Bekker is at least misleading if not actually in error.
Regardless, there would be no need to use Sarna given they have access to the original sources.
