The assassin has a miss aligned right arm, the HUD is also not centered.

The IS MAD's arms are also not perfectly straight. One points down more then the other...

I also dont think the EXE cockpit is level.

I noticed this too as well the novas bounce when selecting cockpit items.

Its been like this for 4 or 5 months.. told them several times on the fourms and patch feedback about it.. maybe worth sending a moderator support ticket?
