Make Critical Hits Matter More

Critical hits still dont matter in this game because internal structure dies faster than weapons/equipment can get critted out. I feel the game needs three changes to help make critical hits actually matter:

1) increase internal structure by 50%. effectively making internal structure triple instead of double. This would not only increase TTK across the board but it would also make critical hits occur more often because internal structure would survive longer.

2) get rid of the internal structure damage bonus on critical hits. this damage bonus contradicts the purpose of critical hits which is to destroy weapons/equipment in locations rather than destroy internal structure. getting rid of this damage bonus would help internal structure last longer and help our purpose of making crits matter more.

3) add non-lethal engine crits to help balance clan XL vs IS engines. basically every engine would have crit health. std engines would have the most, followed by ISXL, and clan XL would have the least. So clan XL would be more prone to getting critted.

An engine could be critted upto 3 times. Each time the engine is critted it would suffer a cumulative -10% speed penalty and -20% heat penalty. CXL engines suffering a destroyed side torso would suffer 2 automatic crits (which would be the same as the current penalty). But the crits would be non-lethal so 3 engine crits would never kill you. You would still die in the normal way of losing your CT or side torsos with XL.
