Is this one of the Unseens, because it looks like a good sub for one of the popular Unseen mechs.

The Hammerhands is not an unseen mech but the Warhammer is unseen and is based on the Hammerhands design.

This design isn't unseen if I recall correctly. It is a contemporary of the original 'Mech, the Mackie, though. There are a couple of problems with this design in MWO though. As of 3049, there are only two models that have been produced, every other 'Mech so far has had at least three. I believe this lets the devs create three or more "unique" machines based on their hardpoints while only having to create one computer model in the game. The other problem is that in 3049, it is effectively extinct and forgotten about and won't see the light of day again until the revival of primitive designs during the Jihad.

Thanks, Maybe it will show up someday then. I like the Idea of Balistic, Energy, Missle loadout, seems like it would be a good all around brawler.
Jihad 3067 oh well, guess I will not see it.
So I will just wait for my Hellbringer and Summoner.

According to the Sarna entry, this Mech hasn't been produced for hundreds of years at the current point in the timeline, and will not enter production again for 15-20 years either.

Artwise, the Hammerhands is based on the Warhammer. In the universe, the Warhammer came out after the Hammerhands and made it obsolete. The Hammerhands is very slow for a heavy mech, and could be in danger from assaults doing what it can do, but better.
All in all however, it would be an interesting mech to have in the game. I don't see it coming out any time soon however as it's widely considered a somewhat obscure mech, and while it's not an exact coppy of the Warhammer, it's close enough that it could cause risks. Anyone looking at it can see the resemblance.

The Hammerhands is a dead sexy stand in for the Warhammer as a model in the table top. Around my area a few people use them exactly for that.

Personally I like the version with the two Rotary AC/5, but that one is a while off now. :<
