As much as custom decals would be a bad idea (for the obvious immature reasons, but that can be sorted out simply enough), i for one would like to see this feature implemented.

6 decal layers of minimal primitives / premade premiums is simply not enough for my taste, especially coming from other games that allow 100+ layers to make designs.

Make it happen PGI, i may not buy the latest cool kid mech pack but i would certainly pay for designs or ability to make designs.
