They usually post them close to end of day on Thursday to start early Friday UTC. It is still only 1PM in BC so give them time.

How can someone with a 3+ year old forum account not have figured out the PGI pattern of announcing the leaderboard event on the thursday evening pacific time of patch week ?

Same reason people are already asking if we know what the loyalty 'Mechs for this year will be, people just too impatient.

That and he's Australian and its already Friday morning here...

Yes, there will be one! For both Roughneck and Incursion mode.
It's on the way, just currently in process of finishing up the details and getting the website ready.
