Turning off Faction chat in your settings unless you are actually playing Faction helps A LOT with that.

Go into the settings and uncheck Enable Faction Chat. A non-**** member of the community in good standing informed me of this helpful tidbit! Posted Image

You might wanna consider purchasing a bite guard, just in case.
