Situation: Frozen City, Incursion.

Fired 3 Volleys of cER-PPC into a standing-because-severely-shutdown Jagermech's left ST while standing still myself from about 250 m. The already yellow ST should have been blown to pieces from 6×10 DMG, instead, it only went to light orange. This was with me at ~80ish ping.

Please fix hitreg, PGI.
