If you're wondering how i got the Delivery Failed. I literally waited at the fuel cell depository, in my Streak Cat, refrained from gathering a fuel cell and only attacked when an enemy light; a Jenner IIC, got a fuel.

I gave up on "Delivery failed" because I hate to run a build I hate through 10 or more QPs rounds before finally hitting an incursion game and still not 100% certain of completing it.
