Because it ain't no 15% like the wiki claims. Also, what's the formular for jam chance with quriks? Most IS quirked mechs have -30%, but they still jam. Is it hogher than 30% or is the formular not subtractive?

All cUACs are 17%
isUAC5 at 15%
The -30% turns that 15% to ~10% (just above)
It's multiplicative, or 15%*.7=newJam
