Havent had a problem with framerate until this patch. Went from around 60 down to 30-40 on most maps. I even lowered settings but it didnt help much. I know MWO isnt the most optimized in the first place, but this is very noticable compared to before.

Same. You're not alone, many other have said the same in other threads. Last patch cut my fps in half somehow. I now get 27-39 fps in any maps while doing nothing. No video setting tweaking can fix this.
Though i put all settings to low and my oh my, i dont need nv or hv half as much if ever. The game is so bright and clear now.
