Balance step 1:
Remove ability for teammate assisted targetting; Only Tag, Narc, and UAV can allow you to indirectly lock lrms.
Balance step 2: In return, Lrms locked directly fly 20% faster due to not needing to save that fuel that they would have used to gain altitude.
