Why Isn't The Fighting Urukhai Decal Colorable?

Why isn't it colorable when it seems like most other black-and-white decals are? I'd love to make it a crimson red, a la Manei Domini style.

Because the Fighting Urukhai are a Lore Merc Unit in the BT Universe, and all Lore Unit Decals aren´t colorable
