Make sure you Master Mechs you intend to keep, not leaving them on a sliver before the 21500xp needed for Mastery, for example. I've got two Shadow Cats that are sitting around 19k on the final leg to Mastery, but the current skill point reimbursement is listed at 57. That would be the last 'Elite' level benchmark met in the old skill tree. Once I make up that last 1500 xp, that skill point total will jump from 57 to 91.

In short, the system calculates points based on benchmarks met, not overall XP totals. Don't get punished by this if you can avoid it.

Aye.. I am finishing off a bunch of mechs this month. I hope to finish off 20 at least. gonna activate a month banked premium i have had. Might as well do it, and get as many of my mechs mastered as possible.

With the double XP, i can play 3-6 mechs a day, get my bonus XP, with premium that should really help. I also have a champion or two to finish off.

Make an hour or 2 a day really worth while. and i'll probably pull in another 25m to put towards future tech!

Ive been doing this for the last month but... i bought single IIC mech and played them basic all this time to over leveled them. I wont be able to complete their elite and mastery in the next system but ill just use the gsp, thats what its for.
