Hey everyone,

I wanted to give my first impressions real fast before I forget them. Posted Image

- I like the new Unlock/respec mechanic with the Skill points. It'll still discourage me from playing around with new ideas, but it's not nearly as bad as in prior iterations. Good on you!

- The refund Ledger is a great tool! Thanks!

- PLEASE! Give us the choice whether we want CBills or HSP for the module refund. Here is where I am really not cool with the current iteration and I'll try to explain why:

I was calculation firmly with the ~200 mill CBills I would get from the full CBIll refund for upcoming gear (Civil War) and therefore did not see the need to start saving up early. This now means I am practically broke and will have to REALLY get grinding CBills before the July update hits if the refund change stays that way.

At the same time, the HSP are useless to me. First off, the 'Mechs I want to instantly Master again have more then enough historic XP + spent XP remaining to immediately purchase the 91 SP.
Other 'Mechs that I'm rarely playing right now can be mastered with the giant amount of GXP I'll get back.
New 'Mechs I'll Master the good old way: playing them and gathering XP. IF you give me the option to Master them 'for free' with HSP, this will reduce the fun of playing them greatly!

To summarize: Refunding Modules as HSP will have a negative impact on my playfun, or at the very least proof useless.

Getting the CBills on the other hand will give me plenty of options to get some of the Civil War Gear and immediately start experimenting and also give me the CBills to buy Skill points as I need them, again increasing the amount of experiments and different ideas I can try.

--> CBill-refund makes for more diversity and fun, HSP-refund is useless to me and will mean I wasted 200 mill CBills on modules during the past that are now gone forever.

I am sorry for potential harsh language, but I'd be really really unhappy if the refund stayed like this and from what I've heard many people agree with me. PGI, you have been listening to your player base lately, please keep that up and at least consider this. thanks!
