Both say "Speeds up targeting data", now is that in reference to Target info gathering or is that referencing missile lock time?

Also, for BAP, can you quantify "Speeds up targeting data" for command console it says 43%.

The reason this is coming up is becuase skill tree release will now give value to these two items which I typically ignore. The skill tree for target info gathering maxes out at 10%...which is so minuscule that I think I may not even take it and instead use nodes toward something else.

The sensor skill tree is pretty worthless. Unless you have ECM I wouldnt even consider putting points in it.
