I have noticed that when you buy the 2 ecm skill from the tree the quirks show -45% (intended) in the quirk listings. But the concern I have is the ECM item shows .7- (.31). .31 = 45% X 0.7. I thought with the skills we would be able to buy back the full effect of ECM as it is now. As I see it the .7-.31= .39 wish is not the .25 that I understand ECM to be at now.

In a related issue the display buffs for weapon upgrades on the weapon show as basic numbers rather then the % I think the numbers are for. As it reads now the basic numbers would suggest no real improvement from the skills. 2000+ .1 for projectile speed for example
