More Consumable Types

Hi there,

I really dig the idea of a skill tree for auxiliary skills that gives us more slots for consumables.

But for them to be really interesting, diverse and useful and to combat the problem of players taking 5x cooldown or Artillery strike why not add a few more consumable ideas that have been around for some time, like

- Elementals spawn
- Smoke screen
- 1x ECM-Effect
- Heat sensor "screen"
- Night-Vision counter "flashbang"
- VTOL spawn
- Hover scout spawn
- PPC overcharger (PPCs fire without min range for a couple of seconds)
- LRM hotloading (Lrm launcher fire with no min range for Lurms for a couple of seconds)

Then cluster the consumables into categories and restrict players to only have 1 consumable of each category.

Would be great!
