Masc Non-Functional

Probably just an oversight, but just to make sure it doesn't make it to live: I dropped in my executioner on the test server and the masc system was non functional. The HUD element for the masc wasn't there either. Executioner has built in masc that can't be removed so it's obviously a bug. It was the Prime(I) variant if that matters, didn't check other variants.
