Should PGI implement some sort of polling system in the game for those who do not visit the forums to voice their opinion? The questions asked could be simple questions about recent updates, future/upcoming updates, and what you wanted from a set of choices. There may even be a small MC and/or C-Bill reward for submitting to the poll to give some incentive to participate. This would give a wider sample of the general game population, to let their voices be heard.

This suggestion is somewhat based off the system in Star Conflict.

i think it would be nice thing to add, not every one go's here, but you would have to make it non-invasive, like it can be done in out of game screens and when it is viable for the player to fill out and not done in the ready room or anything.
