Quick Question On Modules And Skill Tree

I was wandering, if I buy some modules for cbills today, do I get my cbills back when the patch hits in a few weeks?
Are ofencive quirks removed whatsoever? Are clan omnipodes buffs and debuffs also removed?

Yes, since you bought it after December 2016, the modules you buy now will be refunded with C-Bills. Many mechs lost their offensive quirks (Mostly IS mechs), but not all. Omnimechs' set of 8 bonuses are probably not removed, but Clan mechs had lost many of their base offensive quirks.
