Hey folks... while i am intending to make loadouts for the MWO game... Im asking this here because ive started making clan-mech's in MWO that share load-outs with the 'lore' pilots who used them.

Such as Natasha's Stock Marauder, and her Direwolf Widow loadout, and a Timberwolf Loadout matching Pryde. I even have a Ebon Jag fitted out after Samantha.

Well, while reading random things on Sarna, i stumbled onto a mention of a Jade Falcon by the name of Joanna, who ended up killing Natasha during a trial/battle. And it made me wonder what mech's she used (as i have two that Natasha used, might as well make two after what the mechwarior who killed her used). After some reading, turned out she piloted both a Mad Dog, and a Summoner, with the Mad Dog being her 'prefered' mech.

But, i couldnt find any mention of her on either of those mech's Sarna pages.

So... anyone happen to know what configurations she used were for each?

Well since she was neither a high ranking officer or a Ristar, she would've had stock configurations depending on mission requirements.

Given the novel she drove a Summoner Prime where Kerensky had a Dire Wolf A

However before Twycross she drove a Hellbringer and on Tukayyid a Stormcrow

Her Hellbringer did have custom loadouts. It was called Ter not Virago like the one that PGI is giving us. It also always carried autocannons which again the PGI hero does not carry. I would have to delve into the novels to determine all the loadouts she used. You can find her stories in the Jade Falcon Trilogy plus I Am Jade Falcon and Falcon Rising.

On Tukayyid, she piloted a Mad Dog prime, (Jade Falcon Source book and Tukayyid Scenario Book))

Ter was rather unique - I don't have the exact loadout, but from "Bloodnamed", it had a trio of medium (pulse?) laser (she shoots a pulse laser to save nomad, but shoot a 'trio of chest mounted medium lasers to save Aiden' , an autocannon (which she fires when Aiden and her meet the wolf scouts), a shoulder mounted SRM, 2xHip mounted SRM's and a ERPPC in each arm. So it appears to have 3 medium lasers (possibly pulse lasers), 3x SRM's, an Ultra Autocannon (which she never uses in the battle at Glory Station), and 2x ERPPC's.

The Summoner she Killed Natasha with had, an ERPPC, an SRM Rack, and an LB 10-X ("I am Jade Falcon")

Oh indeed LB10X ERPPC and SRM rack not - for the Summoner with the Jump Jet Attack....
but I wouldn't but any thrust in Thurstons novels - her MadDog in the same novel during her duel with Pryde overheats because of Pulse Laser and LRMs later she uses SRMs.

considering the discrepance between HandBook Jadefalcon and the Novels - I would advise to take Acme Instant Weapon Printer - and print ammunition and weapon of your desire during combat.


Ok while she pilots a MadDog on Tukayyid - heck you can't even use the HandBook Clan JadeFalcon simple because Aiden is listened as Mad Dog Pilot - and Margo (you know the Mist Lynx Jockey as a Uller A pilot)

Yeah, Even though I love Thurston's character development, his battle descriptions leave something to be desired. In 'Falcon Guard', Diana shifts from a Warhawk, to a Hellbringer, then back to a Warhawk in the same battle.

Since she never uses the UAC in battle, (she fires one warning shot), that would be the weapon I exclude. My best guess on Ter would be an ERPPC in each arm, 3xMedium lasers in the left Torso, One SRM Rack in the right torso and one SRM rack in each leg (they would have to be CT in MWO) - that would have been a fun setup. If you include the UAC, it's most likely location would be the right torso.

TBH, I remember Joanna more for getting into a circle of equals with almost everyone she met than for piloting mechs.

she also had a history in stumbling with her mech -
she stumbles and her loved Lyoner dies
she stumbles and the Canyon explodes
she stumbles and hit by accident the jumpjets (how did this manouver only roasted kerensky but didn't ripped her mech appart???)
she stumbles and fall down a cliff
