Nope. Buy a second copy of a variant and then you'll have 2 Mechs to split your XP pool between. You don't get double XP.

But yes, Bushwackers have been a lot of fun, not used to 55 tons, but pretty damn tough!

Unless something changes, the refund tool on the PTS sure seemed to be giving away double GSP if you had a duplicate of a variant. Not sure WHY it was done this way, but the mathletes out there seemed to suggest that if you had the spare mech bays, and really wanted the skill nodes, then for mechs worth less than 8-9 million c-bills (stock) it would be worth getting a second one. Might be a cheap way to get nodes unlocked for IS lights with minimal c-bill investment or risk.

Given it was PTS and not final, there is the risk that the double GSP feature may not be in the Skill Tree System when it goes live.

Yup, wait for patch notes confirming the gsp as they might have a change of heart prior...

Earlier (before the replies) when you posted it all I could see was an X for each image, and I'm guessing that's when they posted. Later I could see both images (so it was kind of funny with them quoting that they couldn't see the pics with their three posts all showing the image). Now I can see the bottom pic but the top pic is an X.

The next time I check the page I expect the top pic to be visible and the bottom pic to be an X just to satisfy my OCD...
