Eliminate the Gates and Generators and replace them with layers(how many 2? 3?) of the new destructible walls from incursion.
If you want to keep the gates, place them at the drop zones with "capture points" on the inside so that a push to attack the oppositions drop zone requires someone with jump jets to hop the wall and risk getting focused down so they can open the gate to their allies to storm the drop zone.

Ehm issue! How to exit from those dropzones? Because doors dont open to allies, although changing the behavior i think is possibile but same remains the risk that ppl dont go out because doors would be camped, better i think to rework the spawn points.

That's something their level designers can sort out. But it could be as easy as allowing the gates to open to friendlies in correct proximity, and having some kind of mechanic for the drop ship flying away slowly over the gate as the fresh drops exit or something.
