Is there any way to see and account of how you've received and spent GXP? I have just earnt "All you''ll ever need" and the first of the how am I still alive achievement in the same match and I am almost certain I didn't get the GXP for All you'll ever need (because I'm below 1000GXP) but I wanted to somehow check I hadn't misclicked and make it it disappear without realising.

sorry, not that I am aware of.
if it has been spent on pilot skills you could look up the pilot skills, find the cost for each you can look up the values here
however that will not help if you have spent it on Mech skills
