As for numbers it was 100 million dead and 600 million wounded, all in a war over 100+ worlds. Concidering WW1 +/- 37 million, WW2 +/- 60 to 85 million. Puts it a bit into prespective.

Definitely dislike Davion as a House.

As a House, the Fedrats are a House of deluded warmongers who have cloaked themselves so in the White Knight persona as an excuse to start wars so many times that they ACTUALLY believe that it is their righteous manifest destiny to rule the Inner Sphere.

No other House completely shuts down public sector funding and press-gangs the merchant marine to prosecute wars.

They're like Kuritans, but at least the Kuritans are honest about it.



Let me state for the record however, that most Davion fans are swell individuals I'd be happy to have a drink with.

Ah you mean the same conventions that virtually legalized unrestrained conventional warfare for any and all Houses thus gutting any chance of peace, destroying the final hope of a return to the Star League's unified prosperity for 250 years, and setting the stage for 4 bloody Succession Wars because no one needed to fear nukes anymore?
