Where Are The Buttons?

Am just new to this game where are the buttons to say "affirmative" or "negative" and others? seemed i can't find them anywhere on the keyboard?

There's a button to open the command wheel, mine is set on F, but I think the default is E?
You can change it on the options, it's called "Invoke Command Wheel"

I macroed it so that at a push of a button I can do the "Enemy spotted" command. :P
