Data near tunnel on west end.
Was collecting
Another team mate ran through the collection zone
Collection failed

Could no longer collect at all, even after going back 100M and approaching again.
Data light was still on.

That is a general bug in Scouting and happens on every map. The other player who ran through the collection zone while you were capping is the only one who can cap it from that point onwards. Not even the enemy is able to capture that point any more as far as I know.
Im guessing it is some mistake in the data point code, which notes that the point is being capped by the first player, but doesnt note that the cap has failed while still trying to set the second player to be the capping party.
