[Shiroi Tsuki]

Nothing major, but I'd like to have an option for Clanners to show their IS designations rather than their original Clan designations. By default of course, it should stay as Clanners so those that don't want it won't get affected

I may have missed some out, but there are also Clanners with no IS designations
