Swtich the CSJ to -60% bonus for Mercs. Mercs shouldn't be able to play for the clans period. Mercs are considered as the sludge left in a petroleum powered engine.Clans wouldn't hire them they would have to be loyalists only.

While I agree, mercs shouldnt be able to take a contract with Kurita aswell... you know, with all that merc headhunting/betrayal/slaughtering the various king sneks/coordinators did. Just saying.

Well I support the destruction of the jaguars, my wolf in exiles need to move to the Inner Sphere and help fight off the clans.
