Sorry for the delay. Just want to clarify some things:

First and foremost is the sheer scale and amount of information that needs to be present in the Patch Notes.

YOU guys are the ones who hammer on us for every missed detail in Patch Notes (which is understandable). However, think of the scope of the Skill Tree, Engine Desync and all other fixes/updates/changes made in this singular patch. This is not a small patch of adding a 'Mech and a few decals here.

Alex has been working on the patch notes for this patch for a very long time. He's constantly monitoring all feedback outlets including forums and Reddit. Every time, you the players are asking questions, he's always trying to make sure they're answered. He's constantly hounding all devs who are making any type of change to the patch and is writing those changes up in a clear and concise manner.

Second, we wanted to make sure we made the post that covers the design decisions and direction that we made last week. Alex also had to do that post to make sure the general feedback was being covered with his questions that he asked of Chris and myself.

Third, this just scratches his weekly duties with CSR and Production needs.

TL;DR?
The patch notes are coming.. there's no tinfoil hat conspiracy here. It just takes a lot of time to get them done and as accurate as possible.
