Why Is Ingame Suicide Looked Down Upon?

seriously?
There also more units that get upset when you farm their disconnects but they are entirely okay with farming players who aren't good at the game and can only score 50-100 damage per mech in invasion...
Like what is the exact issue with suicide?
what if you are like the last mech and the whole 12 man team is after you and none of them will even try to 1v1 you?, what's the point of being farmed by the piece by piece or dying inevitably?

Is it a suicide when fighting? If it is, it's understandable and alright.
Is it a suicide to prevent the enemy from killing you by overheating or running out of bounds when there are no enemies around? That's bad, its the equivalence of leaving the game while it's still going on purpose.

Suiciding all alone on the other hand is a **** move.

"Comp" people who do it for this reason; Even though they get a death to their stats, they can deny a kill for the enemy's stats. So while their stats take a slight did down, the enemy's will then not take a slight bump up.

good point if there are around 1-3 people but what if 6+ people are on you and shoot off every weapon you have only scoring around like 40 damage and then they just slowly farm you not even bothering to end it

Doesn't matter. More money for you for every point of damage dealt. Even greater if you manage to take a component. If they don't end it, you just report them for griefing/unsportsmanlike conduct and move on.

Most actual comp players will not do this. It's the ones who are only comp in their minds, but are otherwise too inept or unlikable to hack it in actual leagues.

It's just to keep people from running off the map. Abusing that to pad your stats, etc, is just a dumb thing to do as most don't care about your stats over much.

If you're the last mech alive and you suicide to "stick it to your team" or deny a kill when being chased. That's silly, but you should always have the option to eject. Furthermore it makes Quick Play more Quick to have a match end quicker.
Morally, and Canonically, as a Kuritan pilot I believe everyone should have the capability to eject. But, I 'll tease and mock other any Draconis Citizens who do eject.
Then again I like repair and rearm and I believe ejecting should be a part of the game like having to repair your heavy mech and Assault mech all the time. Which puts me in the minority.

If killing your own team mates can get someone reported for doing so, why is it a feature in the game?

You hit override to get one last alpha off on a target, in the hopes you can take them down with you.... good on you, that's really giving it your all. I saw that happen earlier today, and the player in question (on the other team) turned a likely defeat into a tie- the first one I've seen in over a year. That's playing hard, and it should never be maligned.
Out of bounds- depends. If you're trying to take a shortcut and just messed it up... hey, whatever. Tell your team that's what happened. People make mistakes. Maybe you tried it and it worked with a different build, but didn't account for your current config being ~2kph slower or something. Eh, whatever. Crap happens.
Deliberate suicide? With the intent of denying the enemy a kill when you're certain you're going to lose? That's just being a *****. I'll report for that even if you're on my team. It's no better than hiding and disconnecting to run the clock out (worse, even- those twits at least have their KDRs to use as an excuse- suicide doesn't even save that. All it does is deny the enemy their kill rewards, when you were going to die anyway). Suck it up, grow a pair, and take your licks like everyone else on your team did. I doubt it's a coincidence that the sort of person who does this is almost always the one who's got a fresh 'Mech at the end of the round... you didn't even contribute, and now you think you "deserve" to spite the reds? Grow up. I still think PGI should just award suicides to the last enemy player who damaged the 'Mech, or divide rewards across the team if no one damaged it at all. The only way to stop that as a method of trolling is to reward the people being trolled.

Weapons damaging any Mech they hit is expected and realistic. Mechs self destructing for stepping over an invisible line for a few seconds not so much.
