Have a variety of Kit Foxes. For kicks, I decided to buff out the armor and structural buffs. I end up with a left arm with +28 armor. This has happened for two separate mechs. Is this expected behavior?

All Kit Foxes have +20 armor quirk on both arms.
Additional 8 armor points are hardly worth the skill point investment.
