I few of my skill tree screens are coming up with the warning sign telling me some of my skills don't apply to my mech (sparky) even though it's ones like operations and sensor. Even when I remove all SP the warning light remains on

That's not because of the operations/sensors...its because you've added extra nodes under auxillary for consumables without having any consumables in those empty slots yet.

I can confirm the bug:
SHD-2H(C), 91SP allocated, on the aux/misc tab: from the top to the left tip (all UAV), 2 UAV consumabled loaded: warning triangle.
On the sensors tab, too.
I haven't tried other mechs yet.
