pretty straight forward bug here, tbr takes 5:45 to reach max velocity (81 kph).
stopping is also an issue as it takes roughly 6 minutes to stop.

very much like the cataphract bug from the PTS.

I can confirm this. Even with the entire mobility line, it took over 5:30 to reach top speed on the TBR-C(S).
