After making a skill build for my Shadow Cat Prime last night and trying it in the testing grounds I noticed my MASC wasn't getting me from 0 to top speed as fast as it used to be and neither was reaching top MASC from top normal speed. It was still quick but not the ultra fraction of a second quick i'd come to love.

I thought it was just my perception but a friend who uses a Spirit Bear mentioned it today so I figured I'd ask more people.

Anyone else noticing MASC taking longer to achieve top speeds?

One thing to note I found the red throttle bar to indicate MASC speed is animating slower than it should as for me i'm hitting top speeds before the bar reaches the end of the throttle much like how JJs are having an animation and sound delay.

My skill build has a fair amount of accel/decel in it (14% for both) but i'm aware that is far short of the original skill systems 45/50% at elite.

I guess I have two more questions as well.

Does MASC affect your accel/decel at the top level? (Last value applied)

Can anyone confirm skill tree mobility is working correctly with MASC?
