Just noticed this new not mentioned in any Patch Notes quirk, it is only on 5 Mechs.
Hunchback-4G -25%
Sleipnir -5%
Boar's Head -10%
Atlas-K -25%
Atlas-D -25%

What is this for? The 5 Mechs getting hit or when hitting a target?
Is the negative good or bad? Sometimes those red marked quirks on Smurfy's get confusing as some are actually good while others are not, they all get marked red when the value is negative.

It's applied to your own mech's internal structure when dealing with crits.

On the skill tree, it's relatively worthless (1% does not move the bar for anyone that can do math).

it reduces the chance of incoming crits.

normally if your internal structure gets hit theres a 42% chance of it being a crit.

an atlas with -25% crit receiving would only have a 42% -25% = 17% chance of being critted

so an atlas thats heavily invested in the survival tree is pretty much immune to crit damage.

It's not new, they've been there for a while.
