Good afternoon everyone. short and to the point.

Jump packs in the game are designed very badly.

We all know that jump packs are used as a tactical advantage that allows you to quickly change the position or to evade return fire, and much more.

Unfortunately the in-game mechs with packs like flying cows on quadcopters.
So players don't use jump packs, they look more like decoration and just made out to be.</p>

now explain constructively why it is so:

1. rise is too slow , the moving speed is low, the consequences of the easier enemies to get to you.

2. Power most jump engines is not enough for a full jump, even for the stated length. effects - jump are useless in most situations in the game, especially on heavy robots.

3. The power of jetpack can not be restored in flight. consequences - the tragic decline of control of the jump, it is impossible to effectively manage the direction in flight, lacks power.the consequences - tragically reduced tactical use in combat.
4. together with paragraph 3 if there is insufficient height, or the end of power, fall - damaged the legs of the robot. that is very frustrating, as the jump accelerator put basically on maneuvering robots for which the armor of the legs plays a big role. the consequences of the failure of the majority of players from using the jump pack.

as a result, almost 100% of players refused the jump boosters, and use the vacated space for other needs.

So I suggested:

1. increase thrust power of the jump pack. To be able to dramatically and quickly jump up.
( not higher than characteristics of the robot, because nothing prevents the robot to hover in the air or to quickly climb to the assigned altitude jump ?)

2. Add two kinds of jump
a) the jump standing still ( which as before will be smooth, controlled, but still faster than it is now)
B) jump occurring in the movement ( fast, controlled jumping up - forward).

3. Add power recovery jump pack in flight.( the player can change the direction and gently put the robot on the ground.

SO if then - the use of backpacks will be similar to what is described in the book, and not only an ornament but a serious tactical advantage.

Thank you for your attention =)
