I have lost a butt ton of c-bills on this. Haven't a clue what to do.

Have PGI done any guides so nobody wastes and can we get back the c-bills for purchased modules.

Seriously this is a slap in the face and very cheapskate of PGI.

Unfortunately PGI really can't be bothered with work like that, you know, minimally viable product and all that, so it instead falls to the players to make guides in order to explain this overly convoluted system to veterans and new players alike.

Besides, with some of the comments I've seen by Russ on his twitter and from these townhalls and what not, it really feels to me like PGI wouldn't want to make a guide for their skill system so people flail around wasting C-Bills and XP trying to figure it out on their own.
